Imperial China Restaurant, Chinatown: Recent refurbishment of a courtyard restaurant to provide a flexible dining space over three floors, karaoke studios, double height space and balconys overlook the courtyard water features and pool.

Dish, Great Dunmow, Essex: Contemporary restaurant, gallery and music venue inserted into 17th Century Grade 11 listed building in the village of Great Dunmow. Natural materials, wood, and leather are married to stainless steel to create a light open restaurant with feature kitchen.

The Metropolitan Bar, Baker Street, London: A marriage of conservation and contemporary detailing.

Moon Under Water, Charing Cross Road, London: Narrow entrances lead from the street into the voluminous space beyond. Simple curvilinear forms, mezzanine, seating take their form from the barrel vaulted ceiling which has been perforated with natural sunlight.

Trimmers Health Club, Chelmsford: An ambience of relaxation is created in this refurbishment and extension to create new dining areas and pool.

Wetherlodge, Bennet's Hill, Birmingham: Former offices transformed into three star hotel accommodation.

The Briar Rose, Bennets Hill, Birmingham: Large expanses of glazing in this art deco building provide teasing glimpses of an interior which harmoniously unites salvaged remains of rich panelling with contemporary detailing.

Prince of Wales Cardiff: Winner of the Mayors Award for Best Contribution to Design in 1999 for conversion of the run dilapidated former theatre to bar and restaurant covering three floors. Stunning design takes a cue from past theatrical productions to create a truly dramatic environment.

Level One, Queen Mary and Westfield College: Refurbishment of an existing catering facility using vivid colour and geometric planes to form new dining room, food severy, function area, dance floor and cybercafe.

Edinburgh Airport, Wetherspoons: A double height stainless steel bar forms the backdrop to this airside bar. Natural colours and flooring materials provides the line of definition when viewed on approach from the concourse.

The Regal, Gloucester: The rear elevation of this former theatre and cinema was demolished and replaced with curtain wall glazing framing the Gloucester backdrop and sun terrace.

The Imperial Hotel, Exeter: Attributed to Brunel, this former orangery was restored to original splendour and given new life as a bar and restaurant.
