WHAT WE DO
FEASIBILITY AND SKETCH DESIGN
To start the project, we work from a survey to draw feasibility and sketch plans. These are tools to look at ideas and to explore options for your building or site. The approach is to maximise space, customer area or site densities while making healthy, imaginative spaces with lots of natural light.
PLANNING AND MASTER PLANNING
Feasibilities are developed for planning and master planning for commercial, residential and leisure projects. Planning applications to local authorities include applications for Listed buildings and Conservation area consents, and liaison with specialist consultants for heritage and challenging sites.
TECHNICAL DESIGN AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
As the project moves towards the construction phase, we produce detailed drawings for building regulation applications. This includes technical design, working with structural engineers and specialist consultants. You may want to manage your project, we can provide contract administration to include tender packages, contract compilation and regular meetings on site..
TURNKEY DESIGN
Turnkey projects include show houses, retail and leisure design.
